Oakville's Environmental Strategic Plan (ESP)

The Town is seeking public input through a survey to shape the ESP's future action plans. Deadline: Oct. 22, 2017.

Widening of Cornwall Road

Trans-Northern Pipelines is relocating 350 metres of its pipeline on the north side of Cornwall Road before the road is widened starting next spring over the existing pipeline location. Relocation is scheduled to be completed by late September, and utilities will be relocated this fall.


Lakeshore Bridge Reconstruction

The Lakeshore Bridge over Sixteen Mile Creek will be closed from February 3, 2017 until December 2017. The formal detour around the bridge is along Kerr, Rebecca and Navy streets. Navy Street is now a two-way street. For details, visit Lakeshore Rd Bridge Reconstruction over Sixteen Mile Creek.
