2010-04-22 - MPP Flynn's private members bill, the Separation Distances for Natural Gas Power Plants Act, 2010, making it illegal to build a power plant closer than at least 1500 metres from homes, educational facilities, day nurseries, healthcare facilities. was passed yesterday and will go to committee. |
