Flynn Introduces Power Plant Private Members Bill PDF Print E-mail

To protect the health and safety of residents, MPP Kevin Flynn introduced a private members bill, the Separation Distances for Natural Gas Power Plants Act, 2010, on March 22, 2010, making it illegal to build a power plant closer than at least 1500 metres from homes, educational facilities, day nurseries, healthcare facilities. For details, click here.
