On October 5, 2015, the results of the survey conducted by the residents associations, CMGRA, JCRA, OLRA, and TCRA, were presented to Council. JCRA presented the Survey Results and OLRA spoke to concerns related to the implementation of the Downtown Streetscape and Cultural Hub.
