2013-2016 MPAC Property Value Assessments

This Fall, property owners can expect to receive MPAC assessment notices, since 2013 marks the beginning of another four-year property assessment cycle, 2013-2016. In the Town of Oakville, property values increased by approximately 21.1 percent that will be phased in over a four year period.
